1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide:

- Reason for cancellation
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before shipment.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or marked as dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the order may need to be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.

4. Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation request is not considered complete until it has been confirmed by Bangla Fitness.

5. Prepaid Order Refunds
If you have already paid for an order and the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed using an available refund method.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the payment method, bank, mobile financial service, or payment provider.
6. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is required if the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch.
Repeated cancellation of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders without a reasonable cause may result in additional verification for future orders.
7. Cancellation by Bangla Fitness
Bangla Fitness reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Payment failure
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery limitations
- Technical or system errors
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Bangla Fitness, an applicable refund will be processed.
8. Refusing an Order at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to contact us before shipment if they wish to cancel an order rather than refusing the package at the time of delivery.
If an order is refused after dispatch without a valid reason, additional shipping or return delivery charges may apply.

If you need to change your:
- Delivery address

- Quantity
- Other order details
please contact us before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.
10. Delivery and Return Policy
Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
